Lupe came to Thresholds Health after working as a registered medical assistant in family practice for more than 15 years. She has a diverse background in healthcare, working in both administrative and clinical roles. She leads with compassion and loves making a difference in someone’s life.

Born in Mexico City, Lupe moved to Chicago when she was only three years old. She has been a caretaker in her family since she was a teenager. When she is not working, she enjoys volunteering, being a mother, gardening, cooking, and listening to old-school rap music.
